Cancellation of Donations

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it generally cannot be canceled. Donors are advised to verify all details before completing the transaction.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate donation transactions.

Incorrect donation amount due to a technical error.

Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor and verified by our team.

Payment deducted but donation not successfully recorded.
